This Thursday, while you’re bopping around the Gastown Shop Hop, be sure to swing by TODAY retail for the FATE vintage Holiday collection showcase, presented by The Lab Magazine.

Robbie Slade from local band Humans will be your musical act of the evening, which runs from 8-10pm.

FATE vintage holiday showcase

TODAY retail has been on the scene for the last few months, offering up both local and international womenswear, plus jewelry, accessories, and related lifestyle and art products.  FATE vintage is a project by local fashionistas Sara Gourlay and Stormey Rihannon, who I used to work with at Obakki (I fondly recall her penchant for chocolate covered almonds and Jeffrey Campbell shoes).

Should be a not-to-be-missed evening, and there are plenty of other happenings around Gastown that evening to entice you out of the house!
