Nouvelle Nouvelle tipped me off to a fantastic looking Vancouver label, Hidden Spectrum, which will launch their FW09 collection at the Gastown boutique on September 10. Swing by between 7-11pm and enjoy the clothes, wine, and music.
Here’s a preview – beautiful images of delicate and cosy clothes. I recognize the location as Steveston, where I shot the larry. debut collection.
Love how the photos look like film frames. Very much looking forward to seeing more from this new Vancouver label.

larry. has a lot of love to give and will respond to your letters in kind. it’s like writing to santa, except these wants and wishes are of a much more personal and amorous nature.

I’ve been a busy little bee getting “larry.” all prepped for the upcoming winter season, and I’m so pleased to announce that the new online store is up and running, and a selection of lookbook images from the new collection are up for your perusal as well.
Save the date for the “larry. does grace” launch party at grace-gallery in Vancouver on October 3, 2009. New pieces will be in attendance, there will be a knock-your-socks off sale for one night only, and we’ll also be screening a short film by Christina Ladwig (who shot the lookbook), starring a “larry.”
