A fantastically talented friend of mine, Elizabeth Van Allen Cairns, made a film earlier this year with her team of Gentlemen Bandits, a filmmaking group consisting of herself, Joe LoBianco and Taran Chadha – and it’s been accepted into the Toronto International Film Festival (very big deal).

You should all write letters to Hollywood asking them to make her and everyone involved in this film huge stars, because they’ll do amazing things, I promise.

One big mondo event as we lead up to the Fall: we’re extending an open invite to friends/family/the internets to come by the grace-gallery on August 14 to see the new larry. pieces in person, try them on, and place your orders for Fall at a 20% off retail discount! Past season pieces will be available for sale at 40% off retail.
I’ll also be hawking massive amounts of clothes, shoes, bags, accessories at garage-sale prices on the other side of the gallery. So many of my favourite pieces that I literally do not have room for in my closet anymore, so they have to go to new homes. Mostly womenswear (obviously) – shoes sized 8-9, clothing in the small range.
We’ll have snacks and a bar, of course. It’s how we do.
